what is drawdown?

drawdown help determine an investments financial risk ,the peak to trough decline during a specific record period of an investment, fund or commodity , a drawdown is usually quoted as the percetage between the peak and the trough. a drawdown is measured from the time a retrenchment begins to when a new high is reached.

draw down is that balance which is withdraw able without any doubts in min about the market.

mare khayal mian es ko bearish trend ko kehte hain app ko es main ye dekhna hoga k app es main bullsuhh ko jugde karte ho ya bearish trend but app ko es mai boht se cheezain hain un ko gor se kam karn hoga tu app ko es main success milge so forex trading main ye boht he importnat hai

mein aap ki bat say mutafiq hun bhai,koi bhi trade open karnay par hamaray balance say utna margin kam ho jata hai so agar hamein us trade par profit hoga to hamara balance ultimately barh jay ga,isi ko drawdown kehtay hain.

...I do not agree with you as you just explain that what is crackdown but not explain that how correctly we can use it.

Jee haan ham trading main jab high leverage arkhen to margine level kam ho jata ahi aur lose hony per hamara account fresh hony ka fear rehat hai es liye leverage low aur lots small rakhny chahen.

Draw down is stop out level and some brokers are have limit on your orders so that's mean if your order will be down from selected limit then your order will be closed trade in forex automatically, so this is draw down and mostly this is using on the competitions in demo trading ....
