Base on me i do not agree that trading is like stocks because in stocks you are not allowd to control the market on your own but when you are on trading you can be able to control the profit from one level to the other

im not sure about stock trading but dear forex is available 24 hours from monday to friday..there is no time limit.you can work at anytime you want and any anwhere in the world..so time is not related to brokers.you can choose anyone you want.
