Dollar index looks interesting.
The previous day candle closed as a Hammer, which is technically a reversal candlestick pattern, supported by an obvious lower boundary line of the channel revealing a downside pressure on GOLD and SILVER. Close below 1326 next target could be 1316 and 1304.

On the other hand GOLD is also moving in a channel pattern. The upper level of this pattern is 1370 and lower is 1300. Both levels could be a pivotal points for gold. Daily close above 1370 could bring 1457 and a close below 1300 my open the door to 1260

Bro, Sab se behtar tareeqa to yeh hai ke aap baray time frame main cheezon ko dekhne ki koshish karein, kion ke BARA time frame hamisha chhote time frame ko kha jaata hai,

1- Trend ke against trade na karain
2- Daily ki candle zaroor dekhein , jis instrument main trade karni ho
3- Agar koi reversal candlestick bani hai daily main to to buy Ya sell karain pullback aane pey , Jahan aap ka stop loss bahut chhota reh jaaye
