what to do after loss

Because i am here in forex trade for a few days only so i want to know those who have faced an unfortunate loss in their trade that what do they usually do after that, just become disappointed and quit the trade or start with a new strength.

yes nice thread i get unfortunately loss from forex trade and i don't think about that the prices are gone much more so i take both order it's means i get order sell an buy on gold and i get more loss from gold the price are gone up and up so i get buy profit and sell loss.so i think i recover it then when the prices are gose down more and the i stop one ored and take recover.
