    Kehty hain sehat hai tu jahan hai. esleye apni sehat ka zaida kiyal rahkain. extra khana nahi khaya karian or khana kha k walk zaror kejey .specially raat k time. Apni sehat mai fruit or sabzi ka istamal zaida karain musam k lehaz se phal khaian or sabzi ka istamal karain. Raat ko sonay se pehlay milk ko boil kar k penay ki adat dalain.
