mt4 backtest question

Hey

Sorry this is really noob-ish but I need some help on setting up a backtest in mt4.

I press CTRL R and load up the bottom pane, press F2 and download the 15m chart for a certain currency (EA based on 15m intervals). I download that.

Then I set like 1 year back from current date. Click start, green bar moves and if I tick visual you can see it 'go through' the chart.

It makes the duck sound (or whatever it is) and when I click results nothing comes up, its blank.

1 Problem I read is if activation code is not correct, but my correct one is inserted....

Im stuck for ideas and youtube doesn't seem to have this problem, can anyone help me at all?
