Say, for example, that a trader is confident that the GBP/USD rate will reach 1.7800, but is not as sure that the rate could climb any higher. A trader could use a take-profit order, which would automatically close his or her position when the rate reaches 1.7800, locking in their profits.

        the best way for this situation is use of trailing stop . use trailing stop of 20 pips and it will allow you to take maximum profit and also defend you from any loss.ye aap ki nawazisha hai k aap nay itni achi information share ki hai aur yaha pay mjhay bhot he khushi hoe

          what a brilliant knowledge that person gave to us about profit matter related to currency rate.well i think now most of the old people and also new people will have a new trick to keep their profit safe and do work without hesitating and being confused in the matter of dollar's rate that when it be high or when it will be low.i appreciate you for this best knowledge you gave to us man

            take profit tu bht lazmi ha kabi kabi aisa hota ha ke just kuch time ke liey market up ya down jati ha aur pir apni position pe aa jati tu agar take profit ho tu trade auto pe profit main close ho jate ha

                    yes.. take profit or stop loss ki optn ko lazmi use kerna chahiya.. ye bohat hi aham hai.. is se profit chahe zyada nai milta hai.. but hamen ye be yad rakhna chahiya hai k is men loss ka chance kam ho jata hai... so every trader must use it...
