Baqi gissam b sahat mand lagta ha. Hospital say door ho jati ha. Chara par ronaq ah jati ha. Sanse ki bemari khatam ho jati ha. Jissam say passena nikalnay ki waja say.jissam Alka ho jata ha.

    Durust bat hai, jogging karna sehat ke liye buhat hi faidemand hai, phr chahe ap subha sawere uth ke kare ya sham mein, physical fit rahne ke liye hume jogging ko apni daily routine ka hisa banana chahiye. Is ko regular karne se cholesterol, sugar aur dil ki bemari se kafi had tak bach sakte hai.

        ma is bat sa agree ho k suba ko jogging karan bohat faidamand ha ham sab ko suba sawara gagna chay namaz ka bad quran ki talawt kana k bad jogging karna jana park ma jis sa seht achi ho jati ha jogging ki waja sa koi bemariy nahi ati jogging sa hamar mod sara din acha rahta ha har aka sa ham ach tarik sa bat karty ha.

                    Walking and running is one of the best exercise one can have. I can tell you with my story how walking change my live
                    when you wake up early you come so close to the nature that there is no polution ..air is so refreshing ....this air recovers
                    most of your inhaling problems. Secondly running is so good for maintaining your weight to a perfect numbers.
                    It makes you healthier in the look and in from inside also.
