    Konsi exercise karna ap ko pasand hai?
    Buhat sare logo ko exercise karna pasand hota hai aur exercise ko apni daily routine ka hisa bana lete hai, jis se un ki sehatbhi achi rahti hai aur farig time bhi ache se guzar jata hai. Ap mein se kis kis ko exercise karna pasand hai aur konsi exercise karna ziyada acha lagta hai?

    Bhi mujhe ziyada exercise karne ka shooq to nhi hai aur na hi mein mushkil wali exercise karta ho per mujhe jogging karna acha lagta hai, aur mein daily 15 ya 20 minute jogging karta ho. Hum sab ko apni daily routine mein kuch time exercise ke liye rakhna chahiye.

        Nice bro, subha mein jaldi uth ke jogging karna to kafi sehat ke liye acha hota hai. hum sab ko ap ki tarha hi subha ki routine set karneki koshish karni chahiye take Allah pak ko bhi yad kare aur apne sehat ka khayal aur baki kam bhi achi tarha kar sake.
