    Vitamin B Ap ki sehat kay leye kafi acha hai. yeh ap ka nervous system ko control karta hai or ap ki apni sehat main zarori hai es ka istamal karain or koshish krain. ap Palak, badam, orange, nuts, ka istamal jab zaida karain gay tu yeh full vitamin kay leye bhout faida mand hai

    Hmm yes bro vitamin B ki kafi ahmiyat hoti hai, is vitamin ke hamare body mein different function hai. VItamin b12 ki kami ki wajh se hamare brain ko kafi nuksan ho sakta hai khas kar ke memory kamzor hone mein is ka buhat bara role hota hai. Is liye hume ziyada se ziyada koshish karni chahiye apni diet ka khayal rakhe aur esi cheze intact kare jo hamari sehat ke liye achi ho.

      Ek achi sehat buhat bari nemat hoti hai Allah pak ki, her insan chahta hai ke wo apni zindagi mein kam se kam bemar ho aur achi sehat ke sath acha waqt guzare. To hum sab ko apni diet mein healthy khane ko shamil karna chahiye jis se hame sari vitamins aur minerals mil sake.
