      Exercise body k lye utni hi important he jitna pani... Because 24 hourss without break hmara heart working me hota he exercise krne se heart ki veinss me blood ki regulation me koi rukawat nahi atii jiski wajah se heart fresh rehta he... Or iske ilawa exercise k through Insan hmesha active rehta he or body k andr paida hone wale oily clots ko remove krta he... So exercise krein roz or fzool ki medicines se door rhein jo exercise na krne ki wajah se apko kabhi na kabhi leni prti hain..

        Sahi bat hai bro, exercise hamari sehat ke liye buhat hi ahem hoti hai, hum sab ko mental aur physical health ko acha rakhne ke liye exercise ko apni daily routine ka hisab bana lena chahiye. Take hum apne baki ke task achi tarha se karne ke kabil ban jae.

                Exercise karna buhat hi acha shook hai is ki wajha se hamari sehat bhi achi rahti hai aur ye stress ko kam karne mein bhi helpful sabit hoti hai, sara din beth ke kam kar kar ke thak jane ke bad agar hum 30 40 mint gym mein jake treademill pe srf walk hi kare ge to hume kafi fresh feel hoga.to agar ap ziyada mushkil exercise na bhi kar sake to ye srf walk karna bhi musbit rahta hai.

                      Exercise karne ke liye zaruri nhi hai ke ap subha mein jaldi uthe aur kare, ap sham ke time pe bhi kar sakte hai ya rat main bas ye khayal kia kije ke exercise karne se phly ziyada khana nhi khae, qk bilkul pet bhar ke khane ke bad exercise karne munasib nhi hota wo ap ki sehat ke liye nuksan de sabit hota hai.
