    Khail mai ap ki exercise ho jati hai. ap apni daily life mai jitny busy be ho. ap apni life ko behtar bananye kay leye exercise karain . apni daily life main apny khail ko hisa bana lain jis kadar ap rozana ki base pay practice karian gy khail karain gy tu ap ko us kadar woh khail ap ki body ko fit rahky ga.

Pakistan mein khel k bht sary medan hen jis mein khelon ko farogh dia jata hey or tmam log behtar zindgi k liey apny aap ko fit rakhty hen.

      Daily base par agar ham koi be khail khelty hey to yahi hamari exercise hoti hay agar ham se es zeyada be koi exercise karty hey aur key ley ham time manage kar sakty hey to ye aur be achi bat hay, morning ya evening time me agar koi khail khila jaye to ye hamari body aur overall health key ley bahot hi acha sabit ho sakta hay, daily exercise karny ki waja se hamari body strong ho jati hay aur hamari body 24 hours hi active rehti hay, agar 1 ya 2 hours key ley be cricket, football ya per indoor game ham khailty hey to es khail ka maqsad exercise hi hota hay jo hamy bahot hi faida de sakta hay aur ham es khail ki waja se khud ko active aur fit rakny me kamyab ho sakty hey, health ki fitness bahot hi zarori hoti hay aur es key ley exercise ya per koi be sport game zarori hoti hay agar ham normal be koi game khailty hey to es ka be faida hamari body ko hi hota hay, ajkal internet aur mobile games ki waja se khail ki activies kam ho chuki hey magar es ka bahot hi zeyada nuqsan hamari health ko ho raha hota hay jes ka hamy andaza hi nahi, free time kabi be fazul mobile ya per internet par zaya na kia karen aur koi be outdoor ya ye indoor khail khaila karen ta key hamari body ko daily base par jes exercise ki zarorat ho ye kami pori ho saky.

            Khail ma sab sy ziada aur aham bat yahi hy k aap logon k jisam ka exercise hojaye. Aur lazmi baat hy jab bnda bina kese kaam k bilawaja aik insaan dorhta hy ya exercise krta hy to lazmi bat hy jisam ko takawat mehsoos hogi. Aur pasena nikly ga. Khail khelty waqt apny jisam aur sehat ka khaas khiyal rakhna chaheya.. Aur apni zindagi ma khail ko bohut ahmyat hasil honi chaheya.. Aur ek khaas aur aham baat. Sports man kabhi bhe koi kam maddiraaj ma sostu nhi kryga. Aur chak o chuban rahy ga.
            Khail insaan ko brdasht krna bhe sekhata hy.. Khail ki koi متضاد alfaz nii hoti es lia ma koi alfaz likhna nii chahta. Aur khail hmaisha farigh time ma khelna chaheya

              Gee han khail b insani sehat k liay faida mand hai is se jisam fit rehta hai lekin kuch log gareeb b hoty hai wo khail nai sake q k un ko kharcha uthanay k liay paisa kamana party hai mazdoori karny party hai jis se jisam ki warzish ho jaty hai jisam b fit rehta hai yeh mazdoori b gareeb ka khail hai jo un k liay faida mand hai

                Ji ha doston Khel khelne se Hamari exercise hoti hai Kale Insan ke liye bahut jyada Jaruri hota hai Insan ko chahie ki vah apni daily Desh per Koi Na Koi Koi Khel Jarur Khele Kyunki Khel khelne se Insan ki exercise Hoti Hai games Insan ko active rakhti hai aur Insan Kabhi mayus Nahin hota agar Insan Pareshan hota hai aur vah game khelta hai to uski pareshani Dur Ho Jati Hai
