    Aur kuch meri trah 3 months soch kr phr kahin Join krty hain 😅
    Dosto Gym insani sehat k liay buhat achi hay, ye apky mind aur apky muscle ko taro taza rkhti hay.
    1st Day jb Hum Gym pr jaatay hain tou ap full of Energy hoty hain aur Excitement buhat zyada hoti hay , js ki wja say hum khoon Excersize krty hain,
    Tou Dosto agr ap Gym jany ka soch rahy tou aisa bilkul nai krna apny, koshish krain wo Gym join kren jaha apko instructor milay jo apko Guide kr skty,
    Agr ye Option apky sath nai hy tou srf Halki Phulki Excersize kren takay apky muscle running main a skain.
    Atleast 5Days ap rythem main aen aur phr Proper shru krain.
    Disadvantage:-
    1st Day Zyada Exercise krny say apka Muscle b pull ho skta hy,
    Apka Jism Raat ko buhat dhukay gabaur muscle stuff ho jaen gay

      assalamu alaikum doston umeed karta sab log khairiyat se honge doston aaj hamara Jo topic hai. first day gym ke bare mein Jim Jo ke aisa sports hai jise Pakistan mein har insan yah spot zarur karta hai aur iske bahut se fayde Hain par aj main aapko Jim ke first day ke bare mein bataunga jaise ham log first day gym jaate Hain to vahan per kabhi machines freeways Gai chij badi hoti hai aur ham jise dekh Kar hairan ho jate ke bhai kya lagaen kya aur vahan per Jo trainer hota hai vah hamen sikhata hai to jaise Ham vahan per jaate Hain to first de Ham per machine lagai jaati hai takriban ek hafte Tak first day jawab machine lagate Hain vahan per exercise karte Hain ismein aapke chest ki machinon ki shoulder bicep tricep dolcy push ups yah sari chijen jab aap karte hain to aapko Tak award bahut mahsus hoti hai aur muscle jo ki apni direction change karte hain usse aapko bahut taklif bhi hoti hai kyunki ismein ki chhavi aata hai bahut aur yah takriban ek hafte kisi tarah aapko yah dard mahsus hoga tujhe pahle pahle gym jab Ham join karte Hain to hamen bahut hi jyada dard hota hai jism mein per aisa istava dar khatm Hoke aapko Jim mein maja aane lagta hai Jim ek aisa achcha sports hai jisse a Jawan to chhodo Koi aur bandar bhi ise ignore nahin karta first day mein taklif hoti hai hai per bad mein vah bhi normal Ho jaate Hain....
