    Nice bro, ye khuwahish to her insan ki hoti hai key wo ek achi aur sehatmand zindagi spend kare. Aur apni sehat ko acha rakhne ke liye medicine se ziyada hume apne khane peene ka khayal rakhna chahiye aur mere khayal se protein ka hasil karne ka sab se asan aur best source hai egg aur milk.

      main chahta ho is thread protein ki food ka silsala khatam na ho jay meri khuwaish hai main daily protein food list send karta raha ho ta har kisi ko apny sehat ki fikar rahay medicine se bacha rahay food se b hi apna ilaj kare protein k sath or b thread create kar k us main food knowledge share karo ga

            Well said bro, dahi aur fish ka hume ziyada se ziyada istamal karna chahiye, dahi to almost daily 250 grams khani chahiye is se na srf protein bake calcium bhi ziyada milti hai jo hamare bones ke liye ziyada ahem hoti hai.
