Maine ek dost k mashwre par OctaFX par account banaya. Har cheez taqreeban behtreen thi lekin withdraw ka problem hai
Sab se pehly to in k minimum withdraw ki smjh nahi ayi mera minimum withdraw inho ne 18$ par kia.
ab withdraw detail mein likha tha k ap ka withdraw within 1 to 3 hours post kr dia jaye ga lekin maine 3 hours k baad rabta kia k mera withdraw nahi aya
to customer care waly ne btaya k ap ka withdraw in process hai aur jald hi post kr dia jaye ga. Lekin 12 hours wait karne k baad maine aj subah dobara rabta kia to onhu ne kaha k Saturday Sunday Market band hai to withdraw Monday ko aye ga.
Jab k Maine market band hone se taqreeban 5 se 6 ghanty pehly withdraw kia tha.
es hawale se mujhe ye achha nahi laga kyon k deposit k waqat bhi inho ne esa hi kia tha time 1 to 3 hours tha lekin post nahi kia jab tk maine chat agent se rabta nahi kia aur ab withdraw mein inho ne phr wohi kaam kia hai.
