          yeh b boht achi exercise hai main yeh khud karta raha ho kafi zaida result daity hai is se arm k dholay k sath dolay k nichay k hisa b bana sakte hai aaj kal kafi boy aisay hai jis k arm boht patlay hote hai un ko half arm wali shirt b achi nai lagty half arm wali shirt sirf body builder ko achi lagty hai aaj kal zaida kam hath se hi karnay hote hai is liay arm ka taqat war hona boht zaroori hai yeh simple exercise hai yeh koi normal pathar pakar kar b k ja sakty hai
