mt4 video and crm

HI, guys, i just clicked on mt4 video located in our loving Fxopen's home page, and i redirected to some CRM Fxopen, and in that page i can see a long list of menu located in the left, and i just lil bit confused, actually i saw that site first time and am lil bit puzzled too, well i saw the video it's really superb, and if any one could tell me what to do with those menu links then it will be easier to me to navigate at CRM fxopoen.

I pressed my Vote link but it asked to put user name and password, so what to put here? my cabinate password? or any thing else?
Like that i also want to know " Create a new page" what is it? and how to use it?
