Buy at 1.6240, Target: 1.6340, Stop: 1.6205
Despite intra-day brief rise to 1.6346, lack of follow through buying and current retreat suggest consolidation below this level would be seen and pullback to the Kijun-Sen (now at 1.6276) is likely, however, still reckon 1.6240 (previous resistance) would limit downside and bring another rise. Above said resistance would extend recent upmove to 1.6370-75 (61.8% projection of 1.5854-1.6240 measuring from 1.6133) but near term overbought condition should prevent sharp move beyond 1.6395-00 (100% projection of 1.5854-1.6178 measuring from 1.6072).

In view of this, we are still looking to buy cable again on pullback. Below the uuper Kumo (now at 1.6200) would suggest an intra-day top is formed, risk test of the lower Kumo (now at 1.6182) but break there is needed to confirm.
