what does it mean to "go short"

When you go short you are simply placing a sell order on a currency pair, so if the value decrease, so then if we sell then it is called to go short, :cool:

forex market mein 2 terms use hoti hai ek going short and going long, aur going short ka matlab yeh hai ke ap sell krna chahte hai ya phr sell ka order place kre ge aur agr ap going long ki baat kre tu ap kahe ge buy krna hai ap ko kisi bi currency ko tu ap going long ka work use krte hai
