bro main tu payza ka card use kerta hon bohat acha card and us ki achi service hai but us k fees kuch diyada hai i mean ziyada tu nahi but pakistan main ATM machines ki limite 25000 sy 35000 or 50000 tak hai jis k wajha sy jab hum card sy withdrew kerty hain tu fees kafi lag jaty hai..us sy acha hai ap k ap apny $ kis trusted exchanger ko sale ker k us sy pakistan rupess lay lain...wasy main ny paynooer ka bhi card active kiya howa hai but kabhi use nhi kiya...and perfect money ka bhi card lunch ho gia hai tu bohat achi bat hai but us main bhi fees dekhni ho gi k kitni lagty hai withdrew pay...agr tu low fees hai then it greats and i have not idea about reseller cards...if i get any news about it then i will share here
