Ap nay sahi explanation ki hain. Currencies ki movement hi ki waja say profit or loss hota hay. Profit or loss lot size per be depend karta hay. Jitna zayada hum lot size use kary gay, utna hi hamary profit or loss per effect pary ga. Agar hum lot size 1 rakhty hain tou 3 pips ka matlab hy 3$ profit ya loss. Market agar hamary favour main ho gi tou profit ho ga otherwise loss.
