i am getting weak in trading, but why?

Friends are this true that my seniors says first of all you are study any forex analyst & practice in demo account with choosing moving average indicator or any easy indicator, learn hard and do smart work not hard. Start working only 0.01 pips. I hope you will be a good trader after some time.

May be aap ka trading mein weak hone ki yeh wajah hogi k aap proper planning k sath and strategic trading nahi kar rhe hoon ge kyun k aisa naa karne yeh hota hai aapka focus barqaraar nahi rehta and aap confused hojate hain zara si bhi movements se is lye ebtter tariqa yehi hai k proper planning and strategy bana kar trading karen.
