Money management is the careful investment of money on each trade and is a tool to minimize risk chances:
1) Diversified investment: It is not necessary that a trade assures profit all the time,we might loose our whole investment in just a single transaction. To avoid such risk of loss we diversify our investment in different trades. If one transaction is giving us loss, Second one might give us profit. Which means some thing is better than nothing.
