I am sharing some information of market movement or why it goes up or down. Ye sawal har trader ke mind main ata hai ke iss ki kya wajah hai. Market ki movement ki boaht si reasons hoti hain jis mein se main aap se 2 reasons share kar raha hon.

1st reason of market movement is contracts or trading of two countries from each other. Jab aik country kisi doosri country se kuch buying karti hai to wo bohat bari amounts main hoti hain. Iss tarah jo country buy karti hai wo doosri country ko ussi country ki currency main payment karti hai. Lets say ke agar Europe kuch buying karta hai America se country level pe to wo America ko US Dollar main payment karay ga. iss tarah US$ up ho jaye ga aur Europe ka Euro down ho jaye ga.

2nd reason of market movement is banks. Bank kisi bhi country main uss ki currency ko up aur down karnay main bohat important role play kartay hain. Aik andazay ke mutabik forex trading ki movement ki 50% wajah banks hain. Kisi bhi country ka Central bank monetary policy ko control karta hai aur foreign ka control ussi ka pass hota hai. Issi tarah jab bhi bank se related koi bhi news ati hai to market ke major up ya phir down ata hai.
