Hello, I hope all of you would have gone through previous parts of this basic trading course. Today we will go ahead and learn something new about trading.

Calculation of Profit/Loss in FX Trading

ajj hum aik intehai important concept k baray may baat kren gay, Forex may profit ya loss ko kis trah say calculate kia jata hay dekhtey hen.

Well, esa kerna bohat he simple hay,

Lot/Volume size x PIPS moved

aap nay jo lot/volume size lia hay usay jitnay pips market move huwee hay us say multiply kerwaden, aap kay samnay profit/loss aajega. (aap ka trading platform isi formula ko dekhty huwey aap k liye profit ya loss calculate ker rha hota hay).

Missaal k toure per,
Aap nay lot/volume size lia hay (0.50) or aap order buy/sell ka set ker detay hen or thori dair baad market jis price per aap nay order open kia tha wahan say hut jati hay or kisi or price per chali jati hay tou aap (lot size x pips moved) jitnay pips move huwey hen multiply ker dain. Hamari is misaal may smjhen k ager 40 pips market move huwe hay tou may keh skta hoon kay,

Lot/volume size * pips moved = $ 20 (Profit/loss) aayga.

Aik or ehm baat smjhye ga k is say fark nahee parey ga k market uper ki trf move kerti hay ya neechay ki trf,

1. ager aap nay BUY ka order set kia hay, ager market jis price per aap nay order set kra hay us say ooper jati hay tou aap ko profit horha hoga.

2. Ager aap nay SELL ka order set kia hay, ager market jis price per aap nay order set kra hay us say neechay aati hay tou aap ko profit horha hoga.

NOTE: Forex market mey hum BUY/SELL dono ker kay profits/losses generate ker rhey hotay hen, chhaye aap BUY kren ya SELL.

3. Ager aap nay BUY ka order set kia hay mager jis price per aap nay order set kra hay market neechay chali jati hay, (e.g. aap nay 1.12345 per order set kra BUY ka mager market 1.12330 per agi hay tou aap ko, ($7.5 loss) ka loss arha hoga kyn kay aap nay (lot size 0.50 * pips moved 15 pips moved huwey hen) rakha huwa hay.

4. Ager aap nay SELL ka order set kia hay mager jis price per aap nay order set kra hay market ooper chali jati hay, (e.g aap nay 1.12345 per order set kra SELL ka mager market 1.12360 per aagai hay tou aap ko ($7.5 loss) ka loss arha hoga kyn kay aap nay (lot size 0.50* pips moved 15 pips moved huwey hen) rakha huwa hay.
